BIOGRAPHY
Mariam Saeed (S’16) received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Ain Shams, Cairo, Egypt, in 2013 and the M.Sc. and Ph.D degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Oviedo, Gijón, Spain, in 2015 and 2020 respectively. Her research interests include electronic power converters and high frequency transformers.

BIOGRAPHY
Lidia received the B.S. degree in Industrial Chemical Engineering in 2019 and the M.S. degree in Electric Energy Conversion and Power Systems in 2021, from the University of Oviedo, Gijon, Spain. She has been a researcher with the Department of Electrical, Electronic, Computers and Systems Engineering, University of Oviedo since 2021. She is currently a Ph.D. student in electrical engineering. Her research interests include high power converters and renewable energy generation.

BIOGRAPHY
Javier received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and the M.S degree in Electric Energy Conversion and Power Systems from the University of Oviedo, Gijón, Spain, in 2012 and 2014, respectively. From September 2014 to November 2022, he was a R&D engineer in the steelmaking industry in various topics related to physical modelling, with his last years more focused on modeling electromagnetic phenomena. He is currently a Ph.D. student in electrical engineering. His research interests include electric machines diagnosis, fault detection, sensorless control and digital signal processing.

BIOGRAPHY
Diego holds a B.S degree in Electrical Engineering since 2022, and a M.S degree in Electric Energy Conversion and Power Systems, since in 2024, both from the University of Oviedo, Gijón, Spain. Since 2024, he has been engaged in research with the Department of Electrical, Electronic, Computers, and Systems Engineering at the University of Oviedo. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, his research focuses on the design and control of electric machines, ferromagnetic materials loss estimation, power electronics, and digital signal processing.
